London named Europe's top retail destination
In the latest European Retail Destination Index, London has been named the top retail location in Europe, beating previous top spot owner Paris, France. Factors that have seen London rise to the top include the capitals potential for new retail entrants and lower occupational costs than the likes of other European competitors (6.7% cheaper than Paris.)
Further statistics that helped London rise to the top of this years index include London’s record number of international tourists for 2015/16, which according to Mastercard came in at 19.8 billion, with total spending of £15.1 billion.

Dover Street Market is not afraid to buy products that won’t sell if only they are amazing and will make a statement. To keep things interesting and new they close down the shop twice a year to change everything.
Seven Dials – a network of independent boutiques, heritage brands, beauty salons, international fashion brands, restaurants, theatres and much more. The idea is that the brands located in seven dials should be experts in their craft – like newly opened New York based perfume brand Le Labo.
Burberrys flagship store on Regent Street provides an interactive experience for their customers. With features such as product personalisation and sales associates is provided with IPads containing customer history. While selected items carry microchips, so relevant information is in instant access on one of the stores many screens.
