Caulder Moore was appointed to help Hotter Shoes strengthen its retail presence with a more immersive and emotionally engaging in-store brand experience. Charged with helping to establish a clear point of difference versus other footwear brands whilst creating appeal for a youthful 45-plus customer base. Caulder Moore was asked to create a new brand identity, retail packaging, brochure and seamless integrated tone of voice through customer communications, from high level brand messaging to point of sale.
