Lakeland Ltd. the creative kitchenware company opened a 4795 Sq. Ft. two floor retail outlet at Liverpool One in Autumn 2008, and briefed Caulder Moore on the project following a successful Spring window campaign launch designed by the agency.
Caulder Moore aimed to elevate the product making the store easier to navigate without losing the flexibility required for seasonal change. By layering in greater warmth and tactility the product and brand were brought to life, adding a greater sense of fun and emotive experience. The design feels more modern and ownable to the brand creating a signature style that relates to the heritage of the brand and the nature of the product.
There has been a noticeable sales uplift to the store, and the clients response was extremely positive, wanting to continue to move the brand forward and challenge the perception of this market sector.
