Taylor & Hart is a fast growing jewellery brand specialising in bespoke engagement rings. Although a digital first business the brand recognised the importance of creating showroom spaces and incorporating workshops, that allowed a closer interaction with their customers. Establishing greater intimacy and a ‘behind the scenes’ insight into the highly personalised buying experience.
Acting as brand guardians to reflect the DNA of the brand. The key was to create a welcoming, relaxed, and contemporary aesthetic that made customers feel special and valued. Amplifying the expert craftsmanship and jewellery design, and reinforcing the personalised relationship.
The lounge style spaces evoked a sense of an urban boutique hotel, a modern hospitality experience.
The spaces have reinforced the importance of the physical experience in building long standing client relationships and customer advocacy, in making the experience special and memorable.
