The seductive allure of champagne and caviar

CAVIAR HOUSE

luxury dining & food retail revitalisation

Champagne and Caviar Bar

Caviar House Heathrow Airport Terminal 4

In the airport environment, the retail and hospitality landscape has changed significantly with new entrants arriving and existing competitors upgrading.  Caviar House has a 140-year history and is well regarded as a premium brand and product but it needed more to stand out in Heathrow’s Terminals 3 and 4.

Caulder Moore definitely had their finger on the pulse of the latest thinking and trends in luxury hospitality, as well as truly understanding the essence of our brand, the success of which has already been evidenced in double digit sales increases since launch.

The environment was significantly upgraded to make much more of a unique statement and enhance visibility to the travelling customers. The elegant, stylish curvature is an artistic interpretation of the brand’s iconic caviar tin, thus respecting its symbols and remaining recognisable.

Elevated with contemporary twists, there is intimacy in this busy transient space … from the chef’s table performance experience at the 360-degree island bar, to the luxurious simplicity of the retail food hall showcase.

The new Caviar House bars and retail stores are now a desirable destination to escape the airport’s hustle and bustle: a genuine gourmet experience to savour food, not just consume it.
