Luxury brand Neom Organics is all about wellness, and how it's scents facilitate this.   A distinctive retail design and clarity in store communication was needed to amplify the brand’s authority and engage consumers in the “scent of discovery” journey.

Neom’s four scent families are linked to specific needs: better sleep, less stress, more energy and mood boost.  This unique product impact proposition is now front and centre, underpinning the brand message of “Small Steps. Big Difference”.

The environment is cool and calming, yet welcoming and relaxing.  More than a store, the total wellbeing experience is taken through to treatment rooms and relaxation spaces.

Celebrating the success of this brand design in Neom’s Guildford store, it was then successfully applied to its concession concepts.
