Taylor & Hart is a fast growing jewellery brand specialising in bespoke engagement rings. Although a digital first business the brand recognised the importance of creating showroom spaces and incorporating workshops, that allowed a closer interaction with their customers. Establishing greater intimacy and a ‘behind the scenes’ insight into the highly personalised buying experience.

The spaces have reinforced the importance of the physical experience in building long standing client relationships and customer advocacy, in making the experience special and memorable.
